Terms and Conditions

§ 1

General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions apply to the training of the Fascial Manipulation© method (Level I) according to the concept of Luigi Stecco.
2. The organizer of the training is the rehabilitation and publishing company: Odnova-Med 2 Paweł Poncyljusz i Lech Poncyljusz S.C. ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 14, 71-228 Szczecin, Poland.

§ 2

Course Organization

1. The Level I training consists of two modules of 3 days each (6 days in total). The dates for the punkt spotkania are:
   • Level I a: September 11 – 13, 2026
   • Level I b: October 2 – 4, 2026
2. The course will take place at the physiotherapy school SPEKTRUM AKADEMIE (Tino-Schwierzina-Str. 32, 13089 Berlin-Weissensee).
3. The organizer reserves the right to change the course location, of which participants will be informed no later than one month before the start.
4. The course will be conducted by Giorgio Rucli (international FM instructor since 2000).
5. The language of instruction is English (no German translation will be provided).
6. The organizer reserves the right to replace the instructor in the event of unexpected circumstances (e.g., illness).
7. The organizer may cancel the course due to insufficient participants or force majeure. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days.
8. In the event of a course cancellation, the organizer is not liable for costs already incurred by participants (e.g., accommodation or travel expenses).

§ 3

Fees

1. The price for the Level I training is 1,050 Euro.
2. If a discount code is provided, it will be applied to the final settlement.
3. All payments must be made to the organizer’s account: Odnova-Med 2 Paweł Poncyljusz, Lech Poncyljusz, S.C. Tax ID (NIP): 8522633866 ING Bank Śląski (Poland): PL 91 1050 1559 1000 0092 4508 5007 BIC: INGBPLPW (Note: Please do not make any payments at this time).
4. The participant is required to pay a deposit of 420 Euro within 7 days of registration to reserve a spot.
5. The remaining balance of 630 Euro must be transferred no later than August 11, 2026.

§ 4

Cancellation Policy

1. In case of cancellation by June 11, 2026, the deposit will be fully refunded.
2. For cancellations after August 24, 2026, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Cancellations must be sent in writing to berlin@fascialmanipulation.de.

§ 5

Final Provisions

1. Participants are required to report any change in contact details.

2. The organizer is not liable for consequences resulting from outdated contact information.

3. Any problems or irregularities regarding the organization must be reported immediately in writing.

4. The organizer commits to resolving issues upon receipt of a signed form from the parties involved.

5. These regulations are effective as of January 1, 2026.
